JX offers pcb production services from 1-32 layers Rigid, 1-8 Layers flexible, 1-16 Layer Rigid-Flex pcb. The materials include FR4, High TG, Halogen-free, High frequency (Rogers, Arlon\Taconic, Nelco, Taixing Microwave F4B, Isola) etc., JX offers PCB Assembly service from prototype to mass production. Components range from 0201, BGA,QFN and QFP to Through holes. AOI and X-ray are equipped to ensure the quality. SMT stencil and cable assembly services can be provided together. JX offers electronic components sourcing service. Components are purchased from ST, ATMEL, NXP, XILINX etc., for prototypes and reliable distributors for large quantities. All IC chips, transistors, crystals etc., are new and original. The quality of all components can be assured after many years experience.

Our factory located in Shenzhen, and have dust-free workshop which cover an area of over than 10000m², almost 550 employees, more than 30 production lines include SMT,DIP,automatic welding,aging test and assembly. We have equipments of over 50 SMT machines from Japan and Korea, automatic solder paste printing machines, solder paste inspection machine(SPI), 12 temperature zone reflow soldering machine, AOI detector, X-RAY detector, wave soldering machine, EM PCB dispenser, laser print machine etc., Different line configurations can meet requirements from small sample order to bulk shipment.
